Delivery Page is a SaaS platform helping logistics businesses create booking websites and track deliveries. I designed the entire product suite: marketing website, website builder tool for logistics companies, and rider tracking mobile app.

The Challenge
The Challenge
The Problem
Small logistics businesses in Nigeria struggle to compete with larger delivery companies because they lack:
Professional websites for customers to book deliveries
Tools to build and customize their online presence
Mobile apps for riders to track and manage deliveries
Affordable technology solutions (most are expensive or complex)
Business Goals
Enable logistics businesses to launch professional booking sites quickly
Provide rider tracking without custom app development costs
Create intuitive tools non-technical business owners can use
Compete with established players through better UX
My Goal
Design three interconnected products that work together: a marketing site explaining the platform, a website builder tool for logistics businesses, and a rider app for delivery tracking all with clear, simple interfaces.

My Approach
My Approach
As a solo designer on this project, I owned the complete design process for all three products while collaborating with the client's development team for implementation.
Understanding the Ecosystem
I needed to design for three different user types:
Potential customers (visiting marketing site)
Logistics business owners (using website builder)
Delivery riders (using tracking app)
Each needed different experiences but the products had to work together seamlessly.
Design Strategy
Marketing site: Clear value proposition, show product capabilities
Website builder: Drag-and-drop simplicity for non-technical users
Rider app: Mobile-first, works in the field with poor connectivity
Consistent branding and visual language across all three products
Information architecture mapping user flows across the ecosystem

Marketing Website Design
Marketing Website Design
The Problem
The marketing site needed to explain a complex SaaS platform to logistics business owners who aren't tech-savvy.
My Solution
Clear Value Proposition
Hero section: "Booking, Tracking, and Dispatching Made Easy for Your Logistics Business"
Immediate clarity on what the platform does
Strong visual showing product in use
Feature Communication
"Features that connect every part of your business" section
Visual icons for each feature (Order Tracking, Inventory Management, Customer Management, etc.)
Product screenshots showing actual interface
Mobile + desktop views demonstrating responsiveness
Trust Building
"Why Choose Delivery Page?" section with benefits
Customer testimonials and reviews
Pricing transparency
Clear call-to-action throughout
Impact
Marketing site clearly communicates platform value and drives signups from logistics businesses.

What I Learned
What I Learned
1. Multi-product systems require strong information architecture
Designing three interconnected products taught me to map the entire user ecosystem before touching visual design. Understanding how a logistics owner's actions affect rider experience was critical.
2. Design for real-world constraints
The rider app needed to work in sunlight, with gloves, and with poor connectivity. Designing for ideal conditions would have failed. Field constraints shaped every decision.
3. Simplicity sells to non-technical users
The website builder succeeded because it didn't try to do everything. Limited, well-designed options beat unlimited complex ones for the target audience.
4. Consistent design systems scale
Building a component library early meant I could design three products faster and maintain consistency. Time invested upfront paid off throughout the project.
